## The space This 35 m² air-conditioned flat, located on the 3ᵉ floor without lift of the residence ‘La Résidence de la Plage’, benefits from an exceptional seafront location, offering a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bright living area includes a sofa bed (140x190 cm), TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen to suit your needs. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, while the WC is separate for added convenience. The bedroom offers a comfortable sleeping area with a 160x200 cm double bed. To keep you connected, the accommodation is also equipped with WIFI. All the accommodation is on one level, and access at the top of the stairs is blocked off. The residence's communal swimming pool is open from 7 May to 29 September, and a lifeguard is on hand every day from 13 July to 18 August to ensure safe bathing. The perfect setting for a relaxing, comfortable holiday with exceptional views over the Mediterranean.
