Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 45 square meters apartment in the heart of the 19th district of Paris, located on the 27th floor WITH elevator. It is ideally located close to the BASSIN DE LA VILETTE in a high building from which you will have a magnificent and impregnable VIEW on the whole city. You will be able to walk along the canal and enjoy a lively and commercial area or quickly reach the PARC DE LA VILLETTE. Enjoy your stay :) ## Logement Located near the Bassin de la Villette, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area to relax after an intense Parisian day. The table as well as the sofa were made by designers using recycled and organic materials. You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Wifi (fiber) and Ethernet connection possible, Wall chart for professional use, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dryer, Garbage room, Heating, Dishwasher, Elevator. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers a direct proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites!
