Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises : - A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed... - Dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
