The gentleness of this trio who bend over backwards to please their guests. Martine cleans every room thoroughly every day and does it with zest and pleasure. Dimitri is a very talented young chef who puts care and pride in his productions. Simone is gentle and diligent and makes sure everyone is satisfied. I plan on returning next summer, because this place has everything I want at very reasonable price.
