Chalet Chardons is a ski-in ski-out chalet with direct access to the Prarion cable car. This chalet is a 190sqm chalet big enough for 2 families or a very large group. *All sheets and towels are provided *Kitchen has everything you need *SuperU / Careffour close by *1 Parking available and a large public parking 10 meters away. *Many hiking trails beside the chalet *Merlet animal park very close *6km from Chamonix *Raclette machine *Boardgames/Game room ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** This chalet is managed by a property management company. Please check your Airbnb Inbox for the guidebook once you book for more information. Sebastien from Care Concierge will meet you at the chalet upon arrival. ***PETS*** unfortunately, this property doesn't allow pets. ***PARKING*** The chalet is on a narrow road and can only fit 1 vehicle in front but is connected to the Prarion Cable Car public parking area and you can park other vehicles there when it is not full. ***SMOKING*** All we ask is that you do not smoke in the Chalet. The terrace is beautiful and private, we can only ask you to please respect the rules and smoke outside. ***BEDROOMS*** There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. - Room #1 has a double bed - Room #2 has a double bed - Room #3 has a double bed There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level. - Room #4 is the TV room with a large sofa bed - Room #5 has a double bed - Room #6 has a bunk bed with 2 singles ***KITCHEN*** The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, pots pans and all dinnerware. ***LIVING ROOM*** In the living room, you will find the fireplace. IMPORTANT: THE FIREPLACE COMES WITH WOOD PELLETS BUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE FIER WOOD IT WILL BE EXTRA. PLEASE ASK US AND WE CAN ARRANGE TO HAVE THE WOOD READY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL. ***DINING ROOM*** Large table that seats 10 people
