In Puyvalador, we offer this 35 m² chalet with mountain views and ski resort accessible by car, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). We're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises Ground floor : - 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC First floor : - Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2 : a single bed (110×190) and a pull-out bed (sleeps two) Outside : - An 8 m² balcony with views of the mountains and ski resort. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

The house is ideally located in Puyvalador, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. What to do : - Puyvalador-Rieutort, two villages that breathe nature. The beauty of the woods and the choice of building sites make for an extremely pleasant setting. - Nearby : Ski resorts at Formiguères (10 km) and Les Angles (15 km) Transport : A car is essential to get to the chalet and make the most of the region. Free parking is available in front of the accommodation.
