Located on a private plot of 16.000sqf including a charming small river, this Savoyard authentic chalet of 3.000sqf can easily accommodate 12 people + 2 children in its 6 bedrooms, one of which is parental. Each with bedroom has its own bathroom. The ski slopes are accessible from the nearby Etale (ESF lessons start up to the 3rd star level). Also accessible by free shuttle passing at the end of the path: the ski lifts of Combe des Juments, Côte 2000 and the village center (5kms away). BUS stop for the chalet : La GONNIERE. The through living room occupies the entire floor, tastefully decorated it is equipped with a large open kitchen, a bar accommodating several guests, a lounge area around the fireplace but also a table suitable for dining. Perfect place for family/friends get together times. From this unique room, access to the outside via 2 balconies equipped with garden furniture and heating radiators in the winter time. An outdoor Jacuzzi area is also available to our guests for private use.

This beautifully preserved domain has 5 interlinked massifs with diverse skiing possibilities catering to all experience levels. Each and every massif is remarkable in its own way. The 84 pistes, with a total of 125km of slopes are accessed by a network of highly efficient ski lifts. A shuttle bus service also links La Clusaz to Le Grand Bornand resort and with a Massif des Aravis ski pass, you can access an impressive 220kms of slopes. La Clusaz can also boast of being part of the circle of resorts with pistes with the biggest vertical drops: from the summit of Balme to the village there is over 1 500m of altitude to ski down! A WHITE WONDERLAND RIGHT TO SPRING The La Clusaz domain has some of the best snow conditions in France, with the Aravis massif forming the first ‘natural barrier’ to the Alps and so capturing all the precipitation.
