Enjoy a roof terrace apartment located 8 minutes walk from the Promenade and its beaches, close to the train station, shops and transport. Cosy apartment on the top floor with elevator including a kitchen, a living room with private terrace of 15 m², a large bedroom with balcony and a shower room. Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation. The wifi connection is very good if you work from home. The apartment is air-conditioned for your comfort and central heated in winter. The property is secure and well maintained. There is a bin room for selective sorting and a bicycle room. This is a new adds. The apartment was previously rented by the owners with a rating of 5*. You can book with your eyes closed. You will not be disappointed.

The districts of Nice Gambetta and Fleurs are among the most popular in the Côte d'Azur capital. Both located a stone's throw from the city center, they never fail to seduce their visitors. Belle époque charm, art deco architecture, tranquility, ideal positioning... The Flower district, like that of Gambetta, enjoys an ideal atmosphere, in the sense that it is neither too quiet nor too noisy. Among the inhabitants are many families, as well as many retirees.
