It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and one child. You will stay 3 minutes walk from the lake of Gaillands and 5 minutes drive from the city center. Enjoy your stay ! ## Logement This charming traditional chalet consists of a ground floor with an open kitchen leading to the dining room, a living room with fireplace and a large TV. From the dining room and the living room you have direct access to the terrace and the garden. On the 1st floor you will find : - 1 bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed, - 1 shower room with WC - 1 bedroom with a double bed 150. On the 2ᵉ floor: - 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 giving onto 1 balcony with a magnificent view of the whole Mont Blanc range, - 1 other room with 2 twin beds of 90 having the same balcony view - 1 bathroom with WC. On the 3ᵉ floor: - A small space that can be used as a play/reading room for small and big children. In the basement: - 1 garage with BBQ and parasol at your disposal. - 1 technical room with hoover and mop, - Hot water tank, - Underfloor and electric heating - 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You will find a raclette machine under the TV. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller. You will have free access to public transport (train and bus) thanks to the guest cards left in the chalet.
