## The space Welcome, Bright and airy, this studio is furnished with all your basic necessities. The studio has an open-planned layout and the kitchen and main living space is separated by a tall bar table where you can enjoy your meals. In the main living space you'll find a simple sofa that pulls out into a double sofa bed. The sofa bed is fitted with hotel quality linens to ensure your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons you'll need to whip up a fresh meal. There is 1 bathroom, and it has a shower, toilet and basin. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience! Have a lovely stay ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note Please note that check-in after 22:00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 20. Arrivals after 00:00 are subject to confirmation. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Should our staff discover any evidence of a violation of this rule (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge you a minimum smoking fee of EUR 300.

## The neighborhood The studio is at the junction between the old châtillon and the metro station. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. ## Getting around The studio is close to the Metro line 13 Châtillon-Montrouge and Tram T6 station. If you drove, you can easily find a parking space on the street.
