It is ideally located in the CITY CENTER, close to the STATION, 13 min walk from the Arena, 7 min drive from the BEACH and close to bars, restaurants and shops. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement The studio is charming and well equipped. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay! It includes a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm) and two bunk beds (80cm), an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. During your stay, you will have at your disposal : Parking (N°316), Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. You will also be able to spend unforgettable vacations thanks to the shared SWIMMING POOL, a real place of relaxation and conviviality! Please note that the studio does not have an air conditioner. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. The accommodation is located near various bars, restaurants and shops.
