Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you in the commune of Flumet located in the heart of the country of Mont Blanc, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, sight on the mountains, of a surface of 29 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it has a nice living room of 17 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you! The flat is composed as follows: - A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x200) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven / oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub. - A separate toilet Outside: - A south-west facing balcony of 7.74 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and the view of the mountains. Communal area: - A heated swimming pool (shared), open from mid-May to mid-September and from mid-December to mid-March (opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence). Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Sheets and towels are not included but are available on request from the concierge (to be paid directly on site by the travellers). - Ski locker for ideal storage (boots and skis with coat rack). - Laundry in the residence for a fee. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (advertisement and reservation management service) and Eva des Savoies Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).

The flat is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment. Situated at the foot of the slopes, within the 192 km Espace Diamant ski area, the flat is close to the resorts of Crest-Voland and Les Saisies. You will be able to benefit in the nearby town centre of Flumet at 3 km from all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Diamant ski area with 192 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride! In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go on a trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!
