Our company was created in 2024 to manage our first holiday home ‘La Tourelle du Lot’. We are personally available to our customers.

Property info

Modern villa with passive heated swimming pool and extensive terraces offering an impressive views over the countryside of the river Lot. The house is located in a private street shared with a few neighbours. The house, garden and terraces are private, without overlooking. Our house offers a fully equipped kitchen as the central part of the house. To the right there is a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed & 1 room with 2 single beds). In this part of the house there is also a bathroom (with double sink, bath and shower) and a separate toilet. Above the kitchen there is a 4th bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom (with sink, shower and toilet). On the left side of the kitchen you enter a spacious and bright living room with media corner, dining table and lounge. This space has large windows which allow you to enjoy the views from inside. It also provides access to the terrace with table and lounges. Our villa is located within walking distance of Cajarc, or a few minutes by car. The accommodation has a passive heated pool and magnificent terraces offering spectacular views of nature and Lot valley. In addition, the house is equipped with all modern amenities such as air conditioning, luxurious kitchen, WiFi, media charging points, enough sleeping space for 8 people, equipped laundry room, ... The price listed is all inclusive (cleaning, rental of sheets and towels, normal use of electricity and water).

Neighborhood info

In the surrounding area, you can take long walks in the nearby Quercy Regional Natural park. The cosy and authentic village of Cajarc offers a dozen restaurants where you can enjoy excellent dishes. In Cajarc you will find bakeries, butchers and delicatessens as well as a supermarket, all 5 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes on foot from your accommodation. In summer, Cajarc offers various water activities such as stand-up paddle, Big Paddles, canoeing, water-skiing, etc. Nearby, the region offers several places of interest, below are some that are definitely worth a visit.
