My flat has just been renovated in a cozy spirit to feel at home when you come back from a stroll in the Loire Valley or from work. Located in the heart of old Saumur you will find all the shops within 0,12 miles while benefiting from a quiet apartment overlooking the courtyard. You can explore the city on foot and visit the Saint Pierre church which is nearby, the Castle is less than 10 minutes away as is the cavalry school. The Loire and the Thouet (the local river) are less than 0,62 miles away and allow you to take a boat trip, fish and even swim for free in season in the equipped and secured area of ​​the Isle of Offard which has a nautical base with various activities.
