Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Sheets, towels and cleaning not included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 28 m² facing south-east with a large sofa bed, TV - A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A shower room, WC Outside : - A terrace to enjoy the beautiful days, about 9m2 which allows to eat to 4 people without any problem oriented south / east equipped with a manual awning to shade if necessary. Other remarks: - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care. A deposit will be withheld if the accommodation has not been cleaned. - Bed linen and towels are not provided. - Non-smoking accommodation - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
