The cottage possesses a superb and clear overlook of the mountain. The terrace is quite large (30m2) and it has a direct access from the living room. Spacious and luminous and equipped with wifi. Sleeps up to 8 people (can be adapted for 10). 150m2, 2 stories, 2 full baths and 2 full WCs. In the second floor : Spacious living room (70m2 with a fireplace), with direct access to the 30m2 terrace : - open kitchen, perfectly equipped with a dishwasher, stove, Nespresso machine, juicer, etc… - large table for minimum 8 people, armchairs with a TV. 3 bedrooms : - 1 room with a double/full sized bed (2 people) - 1 other room with a double/full sized bed (2 people) - 1 room with two twin/individual beds A bathroom with a bath and WC in independent room In the ground floor : - 30m2 bedroom with a sofa bed (2 people) - double/full sized bed (2 people) - A full bath - WC in independent room - Washer and dryer in-unit A large garage is available for a car and to leave your skis/snowboards and poles. 2 other parking spots available in the outside of the cottage. St-Marcel is an authentic and charming mountain hamlet with typical narrow streets, a chapel, a children's play area and a welcoming local population. If you are looking for tranquility, authenticity, and flee the "ski factories", you have found your happiness. While being less than 8 min walk from the largest ski area in the world and all shops. In addition, St-Marcel is fortunate to host the only Michelin 3-star mountain restaurant. His name is La Bouitte. We have a partnership with the best ski store in the area which will allow you to have: - A 20% discount on your ski / snowboard rental and equipment. - The possibility of leaving your ski / snowboards, poles and ski boots in the end of the day for next day pick up. The slopes are two minutes away by car. If you do not have a car, there are free daily shuttles. It is possible ski to and from the chalet by a ski route, but at least a "beginner" level is essential. Go up Notre-Dame de la Vie (4 min), and then descend directly to the lift. In the ski slopes of Saint Martin de Belleville, you can either stay in the Belleville Valley and access the areas of Menuires, Val Thorens, Courchevel or Meribel.
