Welcome to your new Parisian “ pied a terre” Perfectly located between the Louvre Museum and the famous Marais district, you will find shops, restaurants and grocery stores just a few steps from your accommodation. The ideal place to enjoy the pleasures of this lively neighborhood of Montorgueil and its local addresses. This apartment has retained several period features, including the high ceilings, the glass roof dating from 1910 and the beautiful Hungarian point floor. The view from the bedrooms and the living room will make you feel in total immersion with your Parisian life. The apartment has been perfectly renovated with a touch of French historical heritage and contemporary architecture.

Neighborhood info

Between the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame and Le Marais, the apartment is located in the most central and vibrant districts of Paris. The neighborhood is very safe, the French National Bank is 200m away from the apartment. In 1795, Napoleon arrived in Paris and settled down in a residence next to our building. The current name of the street is one of Napoleon’s era most epic battles. Our neighbourhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters away from your Parisian home. You can wander around this central and beautiful neighborhood, then you can go to the Louvre Museum (13 minutes by walk) and enjoy the Tuileries Garden. Finally you can go to the famous district of Le Marais and stop in one of the many bakeries and cafés to enjoy warm baguette and a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
