We offer, in Magny-en-Vexin, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 165 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 5 000 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... 1st floor : -Bedroom 1: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet 2nd floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A work area - A shower room with shower and WC - Under the roof: two single beds For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided - Animals are allowed in the accommodation - All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent (opening dates not contractual) - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (adverts and bookings management service) and the Vexin concierge service (concierge / housekeeping service).
