ItalyLa Petite Maison is a lovely house. Perfectly renovated with a great design and attentions to every little detail. Hugues welcomed us giving a lot of advice and explanation about the place and surroundings. We ended up grabbing food and stayed at home eating in the kitchen with the garden view. Unfortunately it was raining but we wanted to spend and enjoy every minute of our short stay. It felt really cozy. Definitely recommend this house.

United StatesLoved every single thing about this property. Owners were personable and kind and helpful, the house is beautifully decorated and maintained. The beds were super comfortable. There were no surprise charges for towels or sheets or anything. The hammock was wonderful since we had sunshine. Everything we needed to feel at home was provided. I will stay there again! I highly recommend La Petite Maison.

Can get very busy at peak times due to the River Cruise visitors, pick your time of visit to Monets Garden and Musium.
Be careful when selecting resturants as menus can be confusing and expensive if the wrong selections are made. Overall a great place to visit.

My wife uses a manual wheelchair. That makes a difference. It is important to buy admission tickets for Monet's garden well in advance. The garden opens at 10am, but some groups "skip the line" and get in before then! Our tickets said 10am, and we were allowed in on the dot. Entrance was via Gate 1bis, down an alleyway, almost on the main road. THAT IS NOT GATE 1, which is adjacent! To get to Monet's pond and the iconic bridge, you have to cross the main road. Abled people do it via a subterranean passage; people in wheelchairs are taken across the road by a most charming gentleman, who opens a special gate! It is impossible for a person in a wheelchair to get around Monet's house, too many steps and stairs. There is an accessible toilet, but the (very good quality) gift shop is up three steps.

The gardens are genuinely beautiful, an incredible legacy. We arrived at the end of May, roses and irises out - but in the middle of a heat wave. The crush of visitors was frustrating. What is it about selfies every two metres? The lily-ponds are exactly as the painter might have seen them. I'm pleased to have been there, but I wouldn't choose mid-summer!

Giverny is a beautiful village and the gardens of Claude...
Giverny is a beautiful village and the gardens of Claude Monet are stunning! There are plenty of cafes and restaurants and a genuinely lovely atmosphere. However, even in late September, there are large groups and tours filling the gardens and the surrounding streets during the day. Just be aware of what to expect!

It was great to spend the night in Giverny as the town...
It was great to spend the night in Giverny as the town became enchanting once the tourists had left. In the morning before the tourists arrived we were able to have a relaxed breakfast with locals and take a pleasent walk.
We had a car so we were able to drive to a wonderful restaurant outside the village.

This area is as charming as can be with the quaint houses and gorgeous gardens. There is very little signage and it is a bit more difficult to find anyone who speaks English --we arrived on Train from Paris and there was NO -one in the Vernon station to help us find a cab or ANYTHING. But that was Vernon. Giverny was lovely but again --bring your translation guide!

Great location. Only a 7 minute walk from Monet's garden. Very peaceful. Nice outdoor space to sit. Rustic, basic and with a certain charm. An authentic experience of rural France. Large comfortable bed. Towels provided. All the basic equipment available. Breakfast was included & host delivers the bread to your door. Host informed us of the best places to eat & about the nightlife. Good for an overnight stay.

Ô Plum’Art is an excellent boutique hotel. It is part of the group run by chef David Gallienne. The team that runs Ô Plum’Art is a very friendly team that makes sure you have a pleasant stay. Veronique and Vanessa deserve a big compliment. If you wish to book in Giverny, do not hesitate and book Ô Plum’Art.

What a gorgeous place to stay. The room and the garden were just lovely. The host is so nice and helpful.
What a delightful breakfast every morning in a hamper outside your room.
The Monet gardens are just a short walk down the road and there are several nice restaurants nearby.

No breakfast provided but none promised and a cafe 100 yards away was perfect. The stay is immediately on the grounds of Giverny Gardens, supported by an extremely helpful hostess, totally what I needed.
