Newly refurbished (February 2024), fully furnished and equipped studio with a splendid sea view (top floor, level 7) in one of the most beautiful buildings in Cannes, Le Palais Miramar, directly at the Croisette. The building is located between the Carlton and Martinez hotels and offers a 24/7 Concierge Service. The studio offers a living room with full-HD TV, a large wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dish washer, dishes etc.), one bathroom (shower, toilette, hair dryer etc.), separate toilette and a balcony (with chairs and table) to enjoy the amazing view over Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea. Upon frequent request we have installed a large bed (2m x 2m). The building is located directly at the Croisette and the beach. Public parking is available close to the Palais Miramar. From the apartment you reach the Palais de Festival in 900m (10 mins walk), the train / bus station in 1,1km (14 mins walk) and the Nice Airport in 26 km (30 mins ride by car).
The neighborhood is characterized by the many boutiques along the Bd. de la Croisette as well as plenty of restaurants (ranging from simple up to 2* Michelin). Just across the Bd. de la Croisette you'll find all the beach clubs to enjoy the sun as well as great food and drinks.
