As travelers, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its amenities: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cinema space that can serve as a third bedroom, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area, a living room, and a beautiful south-facing terrace with panoramic sea views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed internet. It is nestled in a beautiful park, with parking and gardens, in a building that was once a palace. It perfectly meets the needs of both families and business travelers.

A highlight of Quartier de la Croix des Gardes is its Natural Forest Park: an expansive 80-hectare site that offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. It is known for its exceptional panoramas of the Cannes landscape, the Lérins Islands, and the surrounding mountains, including the Estérel massif.
