The apartment was really nice and comfortable. For a family of 3 like us it was perfect to enjoy 5 days around the city of Paris. It was located 100 meters from the train station and there were restaurants and food places all around the place. You have good facilities and the price was super accessible for Paris standards. Also the host was very welcoming and provided us support on any ask we had, including to bring an iron at the middle of the night.

Convenient location near a bakery and restaurants, across a pedestrian bridge from Université Paris Cité, and walkable to Parc Montsouris. This top floor (seventh story) small room with terrace is mainly above the city noises and fumes, sweetly decorated and newly appointed, with everything needed for our stay, including a washing machine (walkable to Aldi for detergent) and drying rack for clothes. Our hosts Amy & Imany were exceptionally communicative and attentive.
