This pristine and beautifully styled, spacious three-bedroom, second-floor apartment, located in the charming village of Chantemerle, offers everything you would expect from a high standard luxury, ski chalet. The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the gondola linking you to Serre Chevalier’s spectacular 250km of pistes. The apartment includes a heated ski room, large private garage (with bike tool station) and dedicated WFH area with high-speed fibre.
Isabelle is your personal concierge and will be happy to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay. She has twenty years' experience through her business “Le Doux Coin Montagne” and is committed to bringing luxury to the valley!
The accommodation is located on the second floor under the rafters with an exceptional view of a huge larch forest and the Prorel mountain. Chantemerle is a seasonal village in the Saint Chaffery precinct. Briançon is ten minutes by car. It is statistically the sunniest city in France, steeped in Napoleonic history. It has all the amenities of a small city, including affordable supermarkets.
