It is an area close proximity to the Marais area and a place where residents are focused on well-being : there are a lot of yoga/Pilates/massages places, organic/vegan/gluten free restaurants, organic or gluten free bakeries, natural wine shops, green groceries, etc. It is also a place where inhabitants are fond of going out, so there are many bars, restaurants, theatres,...
