It comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely living and dining room opening onto a large furnished balcony where you can admire Mont Blanc while enjoying a good meal. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement The chalet is composed of 3 bedrooms, where you will find 3 double beds of 160, 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms as well as several washbasins. Not to mention a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a nice living room to relax after a day of walking. Ideal for 6-8 people. You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay, namely: Parking / Garage, Wifi, Dishwasher, Heating, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Gas stove, Barbecue, Oven. The fireplace is not working, so you can't make a fire. The apartment also has a large furnished balcony-terrace facing the Mont Blanc where you can enjoy your meals with your family and admire the view and the surrounding nature. The large garden will be very appreciated in summer as well as in winter. Hiking trails accessible to all are close to the chalet. The Chamonix golf course is less than 10 minutes away on foot and Le Paradis des Praz, ideal for children, offers a playground in the middle of nature that will delight young and old alike. You will be at only 10 minutes walk from the gondolas of the Flégère domain linked to the Brévent domain. In summer, these gondolas will take you to many hikes such as the Lac Blanc offering sublime panoramas on the Mont Blanc chain and the Mer de glace. A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
