A huge living room with a dining/snooker table. 2 magnificent terraces over 80m2 and 100m2 and a The villa is nestled inside a beautiful landscaped park of 2500 sq.m and planted with numerous unique mediterranean spices of trees and a typical Moorish fountain with a seating area. The villa « Gâteau Blanc » benefits from a unique location- « La Badine » a sought-after residential area 20mn from Nice airport and 15 mn from La Croisette by car moreover less than 8mn walk from the private beaches and Juan les Pins dowtnown.
