This exclusive waterfront villa is located on the renown half-island of Cap Martin, precisely 8 minutes in driving distance from the town of Monaco .

Neighborhood info

The villa is about 10-15 minutes drive from the Italian border, with Ventimiglia, Bordighera and San Remo being the first cities you'll come across the border. Le cap Martin is in a very quiet residential neighbourhood known as the half island of monaco as it is the closest half island in close proximity to Monte Carlo. the villa offers many spots around the villa to explore and enjoy the delightful view of the mountains and sea.
