A very pleasant one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a converted former hotel. The apartment had a small double bedroom and a compact shower room. The living/dining area/kitchen was a decent size, The place had been recently refurbished to a good standard and the owners had really thought about what would be needed for a holiday let and we really appreciated that. We were attending a family wedding in the area and my partner was born and brought up in the village so we know the place very well indeed. We would certainly rent this place again.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, guests will enjoy a comfortable stay at this centrally located apartment in the historic village of Ballater. If outdoor acitivies are your thing, golf, tennis, hill walking and cycling facilites are all a few steps away; also a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Our ground floor accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area affording a relaxing, peaceful break. The property consists of hallway, lounge/kitchen on open plan; shower room and double bedroom. A sofa bed within the lounge affords additional accommodation; use of the sofa bed must be advised at the time of booking allowing fresh linens to be made available. Standard rates are for up to TWO guests, additional charges for THREE to FOUR people will apply. A minimum 2 night stay applies.
Paul and Laura; we both have a great passion for the tranquil village of Ballater, set within Royal Deeside and are delighted to be able to offer guests a comfortable stay in our property.
