Lovely, clean, well-equipped place set in a quiet and friendly location with great local pubs and facilities. Very handy, too, for Park and Ride into Cambridge. Dil (owner) was responsive and helpful, very friendly, access to the property was straightforward and it’s really easy to find.

Company info

This is our new accommodation in the market, however we are experienced service providers of this type and have super host status in our other listings. So please feel free to ask any questions as we are confident that you will love our new space as it has got everything to offer our guests a memorable stay in North Cambridge area. This is a private estate and one of the best streets in Milton, especially because it's next to the Milton Country Park. It's a very safe and peaceful neighborhood and the guests can feel safe and secure to walk around the neighborhood and the county park at any time of the day and night. There are good pubs and local store within walking distance. The country park at the door step is a bonus as it provides a peaceful and healthy space for walks, cycling, running and has an amazing coffee place with breathtaking views of the lake! Also, the river cam (10 mins walk) is another bonus. A nice place to walk/stroll/run along the river all the way to the city with breathtaking view of the surroundings including the river itself, boats (punting, kayaks, long boats etc.), pubs and nature in general.

Newly refurbished and decorated 2 bed house next to the Milton Country Park. A peaceful and modern private estate location within 5-15 minutes drive to the shops, restaurants, pubs, train station, Science and Business Park and Cambridge city center. Private driveway and off-street parking available. Suitable for family with children, work colleagues and working from home people. Fast broadband internet and Samsung Smart 43" TV (Amazon, Netflix etc). Excellent public transport in the area. The entire accommodation will be available to the guests including a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and various kitchen crockery to give our guests a truly homely feeling! There is a modern ground floor WC (Toilet and WB) for guests convenience, and a 1st floor family bathroom as per the pictures. The Sofa Bed in the living can easily sleep 2 adults. There is also a private back garden with patio space which has a wooden table and bench, plus a shed to store your bikes. Private parking is available on the front driveway. Public parking is also found next to the Milton Country Park rear entry gate.
