Pelican House is an exclusive development of contemporary well appointed apartments, just off Newbury high street, with shops, restaurants and leisure facilities right on the doorstep. Pelican House also offers secure gated parking and easy access to the bus and train stations. These apartments provide excellent links to London and the Thames Valley. With their location in West Street they are close to the town centre, the cinema and the Vodafone bus stop. Fully equipped with everything you need to help make your stay as comfortable as possible including a flat screen TV’s, fully fitted kitchens, broadband and of course a full weekly clean, replacement of towel’s and linens plus a free welcome pack of essentials on arrival.
