13 Harlech Court is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms all have TVs and DVD players and consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom, a twin with 2'beds and a twin with a 3’ bed and 2’6” bed, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture, on-site facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, Nerf training camp, adventure golf, climbing wall, aerial adventure, segways and bungee trampolining (passes can be purchased at the Haven desk) and off-road parking for two cars. There is a shop and pub on-site and within 0.5 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property.
