All-ground-floor accommodation. One family bedroom with double bed and 3ft bunk. There is a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. There is electric central heating and the kitchen houses an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, TV with DVD player and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is a shared garden and shared heated swimming pool available for use throughout the summer, along with allocated parking for one car. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Distances include: Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Note: The swimming pool is open daily 8am to 8pm from 17th May to September 30th (subject to & HSE guidelines). 19 New Esplanade Court is a lovely retreat for exploring Devon.
