Lovely modern 2 bedroom flat with sea view. A few minutes walk from Brean Leisure Park, Brean Splash, Arcades, Pubs and Beach. Private Beach access gate. 1 dedicated parking space with overflow carpark if needed. Keys to beach and overflow provided at check in. Host will meet you at an agreed time on check in day to hand over keys. PLEASE NOTE: In the off season the owner lives in the property with a very clean house cat. The property will be fully cleaned prior to all reservations but those with severe pet allergies should consider alternative accommodation.
