Fenn Lane Rest offers a stylish and bright space, perfect for a get together with friends and family. Just a short drive to High Lodge Thetford; play, run, climb, or cycle around the forest. If you’re feeling daring scale the treetops & complete the Go Ape treetop challenge or try your hand at paintball combat at Combat Paintball. Alternatively, enjoy a picnic & the great outdoors from the garden, with room for all to enjoy. The property was styled with comfort in mind, sleeping 5 guests (2 double, & one sofa bed). All set on the ground floor there is a stylish open plan living & dining area, with sofa (sofa bed), a coffee table & a dining table. The spacious kitchen has all the essentials you should need. Walk through the hallway where you will find 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC. Soak up the natural light through the large windows or chill in courtyard in the sun. Outside: From the road, you make your way down the long drive & fork to the right. There’s parking for multiple cars outside the front of the property, around the back there is a private patio & large lawn. The green space is shared by our 3 other holiday lets on the same site, there’s enough space for all. There is a fully fenced pond area in the garden & CCTV in use for outside of the property. We do have rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival 1. No smoking. 2. No pets. 3. No parties 4. No candles Timm Property Group.
