Welcome to our beautiful static caravan in Brean Sands. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This property has a electric fire and gas central heating to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to the enclosed private garden. As a self-catering caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. With patio doors leading to a wrap around decking which has recently been installed end of January 2024. I will upload photo's shortly The caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with bedsides tables wardrobe and dressing table with hairdryer. In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds side by side bedside cabint between beds and a wardrobe. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds in a L-shape making this bedroom very roomy. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. Both leading of the hallway. A hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. We provide mattress protectors for all beds and pillows, and duvets and pillows for all beds. The double bed has 4 pillows and singles have 1. Please bring the correct amount of bedding with you ie fitted sheet duvet covers double and single and pillowcases. You do have the option to hire bedding for an additional cost if required. As we have 6 rentals so we do not keep travel cots or high chairs in any of our rentals.
