3 Queens Walk is a bright and airy first floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 guests. With its own ground floor entrance, it provides an incredibly comfortable holiday base for couples or families. One free digital parking permit allows guests to park outside on the street - a rarity to have parking included in Lyme ! Less than a 10 min level walk along scenic river walk to beach & town. A partial sea view compliments the newly refurbished nautical inspired lounge diner and first bedroom (which can be arranged as a twin or super king bed) The second double bedroom offers a welcoming fresh light decor and offers a super comfortable double bed with crisp white bed linen. The fitted kitchen, offers a home from home experience with a full compliment of crockery, pans and utensils , integrated appliances , washing machine and dish washer. The bathroom comprises a shower over the bath, w.c, recessed sink and a heated towel rail. All bed linens and bath towels are provided.Hair Dryer, WiFi & Gas CH. A hamper of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits is provided. A communal path leads to number 3’s private entrance. Sorry no pets or charging electric vehicle.

There are plenty of great restaurants in Lyme Regis but my local recommendations are: Best Fish and Chips : Herbies kiosk down on the main sandy beach Best Pub: The Pilot Boat for really good pub grub and The Harbour Inn for quality beachfront dining Best pub grub and cocktails on the beach: Swim Best coffee on the beach : The Kiosk by the beach huts Best Ice Cream : The Ice Cream Trike of Lyme Regis - found near the Mary Anning statue by the dog friendly beach. Best push the boat out dining experience: Robin Wylde by Harriet Mansell - a 7 course tasting menu and wine pairing. Michelin star contender - out of this world !
