The property benefits from gas central heating, has two bedrooms, the main double bedroom has a ensuite toilet. The second room has two single beds, The main bathroom has a hot shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, and a dining room table. The living room has two comfortable sofas one of which pulls out to a double sofa bed if needed. A gas fire if the heating is not enough a TV, books & games. There is decking and outdoor seating for alfresco dining, and a grassy area behind the caravan for children to play. Parking next to the property is available for two cars/motorbikes. (Site rules stipulate commercial vehicles are to be parked in the private car park (once unloaded) next to the Mill Restaurant for the safety of children playing and manoverabilty issues ) Free WiFi at property. It is approximately 5 miles (8 km) from Glamis Castle, seat of the Bowes-Lyon family and ancestral home of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, and where the late Princess Margaret, younger sister of Queen Elizabeth II, was born in 1930. Kirriemuir is 7 miles away - Kirriemuir's most famous son was the author JM Barrie, the creator of Peter Pan. His birthplace, now owned by the National Trust of Scotland, contains an imaginative exhibition featuring life-size figures, theatre posters and stage costumes. There is a statue of Peter Pan in the middle of the town.
