Situated in the pretty little village of Kingsdown (near Deal) in Kent, Kingsdown Holiday Park sits hidden away on the famous white cliffs of Dover. The family friendly environment offers a range of facilities for the exclusive use of the chalets, including an indoor swimming pool (with children's area), tennis court, table tennis, volleyball, crazy golf, children's playground, launderette and mini shop. Its an ideal place for adults and children or all ages to come and unwind. Electricity, unlimited WiFi, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

From the very first time we visited Kingsdown Holiday Park and stepped inside 73 Palm Lodge we were immediately taken in by its charm and knew it was somewhere we would want to keep coming back to. We love to escape to our little retreat and visit as often as we can to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and tranquility of the location. Family and friends love the place too and return regularly. We can highly recommend the 3 local pubs in Kingsdown. We also particularly enjoy walking to Deal along the coastal path and stopping off at one of the numerous restaurants or pubs in this quaint seaside town for some well earned refreshment after the 45 minute walk. We really hope you enjoy staying at Palm Lodge and visiting the surrounding area and all that the South East coast of England has to offer as much as we do.

The small and quaint village of Kingsdown consists of a convenience store, deli, butchers, craft shop, church and traditional old English pub (The Kings Head) that offers great local ales and excellent food. The Sunday roast dinners are a particular favourite. There are 2 more excellent pubs within a few minutes walking distance - The Zetland Arms located right on the beach and The Rising Sun. Walmer Castle, Deal Castle and the lovely seaside resort of Deal, are only a few kilometers drive along the coast. Golf, fishing and a beautiful country park are also available in the local area. The Guardian newspaper recently named the historic town of Deal as one of Kent's "most charming" and tipped the coastal hideaway among the UK's top 5 "lesser-known spots" for gastronomes. It said Deal offers a "perfect flavour-filled break".
