The house still has original wooden beams and windows and has recently been refurbished to a high standard, with luxury fittings and contemporary furnishings. It has a solid wood flooring in living area, ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathroom and fitted carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms. The location is quiet, yet is a few minutes walk down hill to the town centre and harbour where you will find The Princess Theatre, and the pleasant waterfront walks along the marina.
