Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, with a unique and inviting lounge, a kitchen with everything you need, the quirky spiral staircase takes you up to a brand new modern bathroom with bath and shower, and a cozy bedroom with a king size bed. There’s two private parking spaces and a front lawn, on a quiet cul-de-sac location.
I love transforming spaces for people to enjoy, relax and get away. It makes me so happy when people enjoy the space I have created.
Quiet cul-de-sac location. Brilliant location, not only in close proximity to Houghton-Le-Spring but also in direct access to the A690 to reach Durham, Sunderland and the nearby A1M. With superb amenities on the doorstep and countryside walks, the opportunities are endless. Two private parking spaces.
