Abbey's Inn is a Homestay located 5 Miles from The Alton Towers Theme Park in the heart of Staffordshire. Our two Modern double rooms boast Field and Garden views with a home from home feel. Both rooms have two new memory foam mattresses which can be made into a super king-sized bed or twin singles for your stay. Each of our rooms have lockable doors for guest security and have their own private lockable en-suite bathroom which has; a rain fall walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash and fresh towels provided for guests use. There is also tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms with complimentary biscuits and an area to sit and look through our leaflets of the local area. The room has fast Wi-Fi - The code will be in your room :) The property has 2 parking spaces for guests to use, opposite the property. The nearest airports are: East midlands (30 miles) Manchester (36 miles). The nearest Train Station is Stoke-on-Trent (10 Miles)
On the edge of The Peak District our property provides great access to all of the major tourist attractions in the surrounding area such as; Alton Towers, The Churnet Valley Railway, Leek, Ashbourne, Uttoxeter Racecourse, Uttoxeter Golf Course, JCB. The Wonderful walks of The Peak District (13 Miles): The Roaches, Mam Tor, Kinder Scout, Birchen Edge Chatsworth, Dovedale - Stepping stones, Ilam, and Manifold valley - Thors Cave. -Alton Towers (5.7miles - 15 Minutes), The Peak District (30 mins), -JCB (all three factories: Cheadle, Rocester, and Uttoxeter) -Staffordshire County Show-ground (13 miles - 20 minutes) -Churnet Valley Railway (3.9 miles - 11 minutes) -Leek (10 miles - 20 minutes) -Ashbourne (15 miles - 30 minutes)
