A modern hotel in the city of Stoke-on-Trent, centrally located within the Midlands and close to Alton Towers, with excellent motorway, road links and rail links to the Northwest..

Room and breakfast were good value and met my expectations.
In a peaceful, rural location, this country house was originally built in 1845. Today, the house has been converted into a luxurious privately owned hotel with many beautiful original features.

It's a lovely friendly hotel in the countryside. The lovely receptionist Jeeva was very accommodating. She checked us in and assisted us with my suitcase all the way to our room on the first floor. Jeeva's service was excellent with a warm welcome. Our room was great and affordable as well. Nice big bathroom with comfy bed. I noted this room and will book it on our next visit. We will definitely return. Big Thanks to Jeeva and your team.
For pottery collectors or anyone interested in the history...
For pottery collectors or anyone interested in the history of pottery making in the UK, Stoke-On-Trent is a must visit. Plan on a whole day each at the Wedgewood Museum and Middleport Pottery. Fascinating histories!
In addition, Spode, Royal Stafford and Portmeirion all have their factory stores in Stoke and are all within a few miles of each other. Bring your checkbook. For garden lovers, the Biddulph Estate will blow you away.

Stoke is off the beaten path we were there to visit friends.
Stoke is off the beaten path we were there to visit friends. Otherwise, we likely would not have a reason to go there. People we interacted with seemed very nice, but it's definitely a place that has seen its better days.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn by Junction 15, very convenient.
Stayed at the Holiday Inn by Junction 15, very convenient. Went to Trentham gardens. The gardens have been restored a lot in the last 20 years and are beautiful, well worth a visit. Nearby there is a garden centre and a shopping area with interesting little shops selling clothes, glassware, pottery, embroidery etc. People in Stoke are very down to earth and friendly. If we had had another day we would have liked to visit the National Trust gardens at Biddulph Grange, which have also been restored, but that will have to wait until our next visit.

Perfect for families, friends, business and couples.
Perfect for families, friends, business and couples. So much to do around the area. Local tescos, aldi, halfords, b&m, mc Donald's, Gregg's, and other big named shops. Also there is a retail mall about 10 min drive away. Beautiful area with gorgeous trees and scenery. Local to alton towers and a mile down the road is monkey forest, the uks only place where you can walk amongst 140 monkeys. A must visit!

Pretty run of the mill Holiday Inn express.. but at £80 a night, I felt it was very expensive. Carpets in the room were very stained and the bathroom had areas that needed some TLC. Rubbish view but the hotel is on an industrial park next to the football stadium so couldn’t expect more. Breakfast was ok.. nothing to shout home about. Eggs were off the menu today which was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable but bed base had some dodgy stains! Stoke overall was a horrible place and would never return!
This terraced house has obviously been recently converted into accommodation with en suite bathrooms. New and modern decor, carpets, furniture and furnishings. Excellent shower and double bed (room 4) which all felt fresh. The staff were super friendly and communication excellent with phone calls answered immediately. Free parking was on the property side of the street (not so on the other side). 20 min walk into Stoke (Hanley) centre. 5min walk from the train station.
A very spacious flat (especially the bathroom!), clean, with a well-equipped functional kitchen, and comfy large bed. In a quiet though run-down looking street, it's a convenient 10-*minute walk from the Stoke rail station, and about the same time to a couple of supermarkets. The flat is upstairs in an old building, but it has been refurbished to a generally good standard... not 'flash' but cosy and homely. We'd readily stay here again if ever back in Stoke-on-Trent.
Love it all, Joe. Was a great host..
I arrived little early but with a quick text. Joe was happy.
Spot on location from the train station 8 minutes walk.
8 minutes to parkrun
15 to stoke 4 pubs and shopping centre
Loads of food places around
Awesome shower and big bed rooms.
Well worth stoppping and the price is good.
Thank you Joe and hope to stay again
The location was perfect for what I needed and didn’t need to travel far from the train station as it literally across the road the hotel entrance is lovely and big and staff are friendly enough
