We provide Scottish self-catering holiday accommodation in East Lothian and Edinburgh. We are a highly experienced local holiday let company based in North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland.

Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - King size bed, bunk beds with pull out trundle (sleeps 5) Bedroom 2 - Twin room (sleeps 2) We do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. Please note, if you require the trundle bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guests, there will be an additional charge. This property is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by stairs. This property has free WiFi and heating for your stay. The accommodation is family friendly with beach kit available, access to the rear towards the sea, cot and high chair (on request) and child guards as needed. This property is strictly non-smoking and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day
