Apartment 1, a first-floor apartment consists of a kitchen with a combi microwave/oven, 2-ring hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, a dining area with seating for two people, and a sitting area. The bedroom consists of a king-size with a Smart TV, along with a wet room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is roadside parking free for one hour and additionally, a public car park. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.6 miles, a river. Please note this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Apartment 1 is a fantastic base for a vibrant city break to the heart of Chester. Note: There is a staircase up to the property. Note: There is no door and a few steps between bedroom and living/diner. Note: Public car park is not included in the price. Note: Roadside parking is free for an hour, but 1 for three hours between 6pm and 9pm. Note: Sofa bed for an additional two guests.

Further afield, the stunning Welsh mountains and coastline, the quaint market towns and villages of Cheshire and the Wirral Peninsula with its first class golf courses, are all within easy touring distance, whilst frequent rail services make Liverpool, Manchester and the North Wales coast readily accessible.
