A family home full of the art of the owner. Two labradors, a log fire, a terrace with views ofver the city (and the bedroom also has the views) together with a freindly welcome makes this a house where you can be very comfortable. The cosy King Size bed makes for a great nights sleep. The room has a small ensuite with a shower and toilet just for you. You can use our kitchen to make simple meals and warm drinks - `I have a hob, oven and microwave . You can use the dining room too. I would like to you feel at home.
I am an artist. I have a studio on the property. The house has comings and goings of friends and dogs but we are used to having guests and really enjoy the people that stay. That said if you need help or a conversation we are very sociable but if you just want a base and to keep yourselves to yourselves we also understand and respect that. I am a swimmer - indoors and outdoors, I enjoy walking, cooking family (and painting!). I also teach painting and drawing.
The house is situated on the south side of Bath. It is a half hour downhill walk to the city and an uber back is reasonable. I am fifteen minutes drive to rolling hills, th university of in to town if you drove.Behind thehouse is a paddock to let dogs run. The neighbourhood is friendly and parking on the road is free.
