My place is really central and good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and longer term stays. We are 4 Star inspected (Gold Award) at Visit England for Quality in UK tourism. An urban dweller's delight, this cool skandi–style one bedroom apartment puts you at the centre of exciting city events. I have another apartment below this one (Artizan's Den) and they can be rented together. See my profile for details. I have videos of both online.
I have lived and worked in Bath for over 35 years. I love this city. I have two sons, a fun, kind husband, Cocker Spaniel and a Cavapoochon who thinks he's a human. I am an Art Director by profession and I also act as Business Manager for my husband's hair salon. We have been renovating our 300-year-old Georgian building since 2014. I have loved designing and curating it and have established Bath Holiday Lettings here. I will supply my mobile number but there is always someone on the floors below the apartment, during the daytime, who can help you. Please go to the salon reception to ask for assistance.
It is difficult to be more central and everything truly is on your doorstep. George st is lined with restaurants, galleries, nightclubs, shops and wine bars. Across the road is Porter restaurant and underneath is the Circo cocktail bar. Close by is Milsom Street, Bath's main shopping thoroughfare, which leads down towards the Pump rooms, the Roman Baths, thermae spa and Bath Abbey and in the opposite direction is the famous Circus and Royal Crescent, set in front of lovely Royal Victoria Park where you can enjoy miniature golf, tennis, botanical gardens, hot air balloon trips and a children's outdoor play area. Whatever you choose to do, shopping, sightseeing or entertainment, most pursuits are a pleasant stroll of about 5-10 minutes away from your apartment. BUS & RAIL: we are 10 minutes walk, or a short cab drive, from both the rail and bus stations. PARKING: Parking can be found in Charlotte Street long stay car park. The car park is only a 5/10 minute walk away from the apartment. FLYING: We are 40/50 minutes from Bristol airport and it is possible to get a bus or taxi from here to us.
