Bakers Cottage is located in a courtyard which was originally built in the 19th Century during the boom years of the Industrial Revolution. There is so much history in Ironbridge which is all catalogued in the 10 museums all located in and around Ironbridge many with in walking distance. Positioned just a stones throw from the main attraction the Iron Bridge itself and the River Severn which meanders its way through the spectacular gorge. Visitors can browse around the array of craft and souvenir shops as well as great bars and restaurants. All guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival.

Shropshire has an array of outdoor activities on offer including kayaking, canoeing, cycling, walking, gliding, golf, fishing and horse racing. The area is never short of places to visit with a plethora of castles, abbeys, farms, museums, discovery centres, gardens, parks and historic houses. Shop, pub and restaurant 110 yards.
