Fantastically located beachside apartment, great for couples or families, but please no groups of guys or girls...or longer term student accommodation... We have 3 other families in the block and wish to respect thier privacy. Situated ina peaceful setting overlooking the beach, very little noise as in a very residential cul-de-sac. Flat 2 is a ground floor apartment, easy access, sea views, deck with brick BBQ Surfboards, Bikes, Deck Chairs and beach stuff. Not suitable for noisy groups, or students or guests as we have peaceful residencial neighbours and young families close by Ideal for a beachside holiday, where you can easily take in the surrounding areas of the New Forest Bournemouth Town, Studland and Christchurch.

Perfectly situated on the beachfront You can hear the waves breaking on the beach you are that close. Boscombe is the new place to be beachside with cafe's bars, water sports, beach volleyball and miles and miles of sandy beach... And pleanty of things to do for everyone. There is free street parking around the apartment and great public transport, open top busses, beach trains, Beryl bikes and electric scooters, taxis, to get you around the whole Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole conurbation. We are situated perfectly to access the New Forest and Christchurch to East and Bournemouth Poole and Studland to the West... Enjoy your stay....
