Property info

This beautifully decorated large home would be ideal for larger groups or perfect for families. This property is only a short walk to the beach, and everything Lyme Regis has to offer! The fabulous interior of this property and the thought that has gone into making it comfortable for everyone makes it an ideal holiday home. As soon as you walk into the property, you are greeted by a light and airy space that has been decorated to a high standard This large detached property is in a fantastic elevated position that gives you a great view across the town and you can even see the sea! The property is in a cul-de-sac and has enough parking for up to 3 cars. The property has a lovely outdoor space with a lawn area and garden furniture with 2 sun loungers plus steps up to a decking area with a barbecue and view! The owners of this property have thought of everything, including the children with a games room that has a pool table, air, hockey, table tennis and darts plus a PlayStation and Wii. So there is plenty to keep the children of the group occupied whilst the adults relax. This property has had previous great reviews and Lyme Regis is the perfect holiday destination

Neighborhood info

There is a beautiful river only a couple of minutes from the property which you can walk along and it takes you directly into the town Mill area and it is a lovely walk to the sea and shops The nearest train station is Axminster which is on the Exeter to London Waterloo line. There is a good bus service to Axminster or in the opposite direction to Bridport. Let me know if you need any local taxi telephone numbers but Causley Cabs and Jurassic Taxis both offer a great service. There is a small Tescos and a Co-op in Lyme Regis plus lots of other independent shops which will easily accommodate you with most things but if you wanted to do a bigger shop ,then in Seaton ,which is only about 8 miles away you have a big Tescos and an Aldi Lyme Regis is a very special place to stay. It has a strong arty vibe with many wonderful independent shops and art galleries. It is an unspoilt , quaint seaside town aptly named the ‘Pearl of Dorset’. Lyme Regis remains on of the most searched for places to stay in the UK and it is no wonder that people come back year after year.
