The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for six guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, two twins and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio and a front lawn, as well as off-road parking for one car with an EV charger. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub and within 0.9 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a cot and stairgate are available. Berna is a lovely dwelling for your next Welsh escape. Note: The staircase inside the property is quite steep, please take care. Note: This property accommodates a maximum of six guests. Benllech is a lovely, long, sandy beach that is quite popular with families. A slipway makes it simple for everyone to access the beach. A picnic area and a number of stores and cafés along the beach, and the village centre has more shops, pubs, hotels, and restaurants.
